Job summary
A leading marketing agency based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a candidate to support the development and execution of regional campaign strategies. Responsibilities
- Support campaign management strategy and execution activities.
- Conduct research on customer behaviors and trends.
- Draft yearly regional campaign plans and analyze components.
- Propose influencers and organizations for partnership.
- Prepare presentation materials for management meetings.
- Communicate with third-party providers regarding campaign needs.
Responsibilities :
- Support the development of campaign management strategy and related materials by conducting data analysis, collection and compiling activities; manage the day-to-day campaign execution activities and evaluation of campaigns
- Conduct research based on the identified methods, objectives, data sources and timelines to build an understanding of trends, customer behaviors, visitor segments and possible dates in the region
- Provide support in the development of regional campaign management strategies in alignment with overall DCTCM marketing strategy
- Draft yearly regional campaign plans and conduct analysis to support the identification of scope, components, required investment levels, media frequency, engagement methods, target audiences and market mix
- Propose organizations, celebrities and / or influencers to be partnered with during the implementation of regional campaigns
- Prepare materials (e.g. presentations, visuals etc.) to be used during meetings with prospecting partners (e.g. organizations, influencers, celebrities) to provide information on DET's campaigns
- Attend brainstorming sessions to develop new campaign ideas and ensure all aspects of campaign planning and implementation are considered
- Work on activities such as development of success measures, analysis on economic considerations and budget allocation / optimization to detail new campaign ideas
- Prepare presentation materials to be used during management meetings
- Draft campaign briefs to be shared with agencies and ensure their alignment with approved campaign plans and details
- Participate selection process of third party providers / agencies and conduct follow-ups with the bidders if required
- Communicate with third party providers (e.g. consultants, agencies) on day-to-day basis regarding to activities related to DET's campaign development and execution needs; exchange information and resolve inquiries
- Handle the day-to-day roll out of campaigns to ensure delivery of all agreed campaign elements; escalate any unresolved issues
- Manage the facilitation of production requirements such as organization of Pre-Production Meetings, shoot logistics, edits and material review, trafficking of assets to media partners
- Draft campaign performance related reports and identify discrepancy areas for further investigation and analysis
