Job Description

The Senior Associate Campaigns Management is responsible for supporting the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns, analyzing data to inform strategies, and coordinating with third-party providers and internal teams to ensure campaign success.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the development of campaign strategies through data analysis and manage daily campaign activities and evaluations.
  2. Conduct research to understand trends, customer behaviors, and visitor segments.
  3. Assist in developing regional campaign strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  4. Draft annual regional campaign plans, analyzing scope, investment, media, engagement, and market mix.
  5. Propose organizations, celebrities, and influencers for partnership during campaigns.
  6. Prepare presentation materials for meetings with partners.
  7. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas.
  8. Develop success measures, analyze economic factors, and optimize budgets for campaigns.
  9. Prepare management presentation materials and campaign briefs for agencies.
  10. Participate in the selection process of third-party providers and conduct follow-ups.
  11. Communicate with providers regarding campaign activities and resolve issues.
  12. Oversee the rollout of campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered and issues are escalated.
  13. Manage production activities, including logistics, edits, and asset trafficking.
  14. Draft campaign performance reports and analyze discrepancies.
  15. Support content production activities by coordinating with relevant parties.
