Job description

My client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the Director of Hospitality & Leisure Asset Management, you will work with the team to maximize the performance of Hospitality and Leisure Assets.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all drivers and market trends affecting the hospitality and leisure sector.
  2. Creation of reports/presentations on outlooks and trends within the hospitality sector (UAE, GCC and Globally if required).
  3. Financial performance tracking and monitoring of KPI’s (occupancy, ADR’s, P&L), including periodic reviews with all asset operators.
  4. Helping develop and implement financial strategies to improve the value of the portfolio.
  5. Co-ordinating with other Asset Managers to develop and recommend synergies between various assets.
What we’re looking for:
  1. At least 10+ years in hospitality/leisure asset management within the GCC. This could be from either a consultancy/operator or owner but what we are looking for is someone who understands the nuts and bolts of hospitality assets and how to drive improvements across a large portfolio.
  2. Ideally, you will have financial modelling experience.
  3. We are looking for someone with a degree in Hospitality/Property Management.
