Senior Architectural Engineer

B.S. or equivalent degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.

Candidate must possess excellent skills in creating theme-based architectural plot plans and artistic building plans & elevations. Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of international codes & standards, local building code, and statutory authority requisites. Must be capable of developing highly detailed architectural drawings with complete specifications. Must have good knowledge of the latest building materials/products, structural, mechanical, and electrical system codes, and methods of application. Must be proficient in the selection of finish materials including color palettes, flooring, wall finishes, ceiling, lighting, furniture arrangement, acoustics, and other various interior decorations. Must be capable of preparing landscaping drawings with details. Must be skilled in using specialized CAD software for architectural design and preparation of 3D perspective drawings. Knowledge of Green building requirements concerning certification criteria from LEED and Estidama is essential. Additional experience with Middle East projects will be preferred.
