Job summary

KEO is a creative enterprise with end-to-end services for planning, design and project delivery in the built and natural environments. The Senior Architect role in Abu Dhabi requires a Bachelor in Architecture and extensive UAE project experience, with the ability to lead client communications and manage design/construction programs.

The candidate will represent the firm post-contract, assess submittals, and supervise schedules while ensuring adherence to internal processes and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture is required.
• 15 years of work experience preferred.
• Extensive UAE building project experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm in communications with the client, design consultants and contractor after contract award.
• Technically assess contractor submittals and review architectural/interior design packages.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client to ensure requirements are met.
• Ensure delivery of Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Manage development and maintenance of project schedules across procurement, planning, design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
• Experience in procuring large design and build projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
