Senior Architecture Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary: Up to 40,000 AED per month

We are partnering with a leading real estate and property development company in Dubai to recruit a Senior Architecture Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the full design lifecycle across all projects within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Develop and manage the procurement strategy for design services, including issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts with architects, designers, and specialist consultants.
• Formulate and implement long-term architectural strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Oversee the architectural design budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues or conflicts to maintain project integrity and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred).
• 710 years of experience in architectural management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale design projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
