Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Senior Architect for a leading Dubai-based construction company. You will oversee architectural design from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, engineers and contractors to deliver innovative, compliant solutions on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong portfolio of large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC, mastery of AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, and leadership of cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious design goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10 years of hands-on experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven expertise in large-scale construction projects in UAE or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design projects from concept to construction completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Prepare design proposals with sketches, 3D models and visualizations.
• Develop drawings, specs and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders for feasible designs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable design practices.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
