About Your Team

You will report to the Technical Manager and be a core part of the Design & Technical team, ensuring all joinery elements across multiple material types are accurately detailed, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with production, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to bring complex interior design solutions to life.

Your Role

As a Senior Architect, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating high-end, detailed joinery designs across materials like wood, metal, corian, glass, mirror, fabric, and marquetry
• Ensuring technical compliance, quality, and constructability of composite joinery
• Managing integration with structural, architectural, MEP, and ID trades
• Leading the drawing process, consultant interface, and production coordination
• Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and mentoring junior team members
• Supporting value engineering and continuous improvement in joinery solutions

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–10 years in high-end joinery design and coordination, especially with composite materials in a fitout environment

Knowledge: Joinery detailing, material behavior, factory production coordination, consultant interface

Expertise: AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, (Revit/BIM preferred)

Top Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
