Senior Architect

Multi-disciplined, award-winning architectural and design company who are at the forefront of design are expanding their architectural team in Dubai and are now looking for a Senior Architect who specialises in hotel and high-end residential projects.

Your duties will be to :

• To take the project from working drawing / detailed design stage to produce the construction drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with local authority building regulations.
• Ensure all drawings comply with the initial design brief.
• Responsible for managing a team of architects and draftsmen.
• Must be an expert in the hotel sector.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture at a minimum.
• Registered with a Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience.
• Must be able to use AutoCAD and Revit.
• 20-32k AED dependent on experience.
• Exposure to working with a team of award-winning Architects.
