Senior Architect

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Minimum 8 years of professional experience post-Part III.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work across residential, private villas, or commercial sectors ideally on projects comparable in scale and ambition to those in the Middle East.
3. Confidence and experience leading projects independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and consultants.
4. Strong understanding of contract documentation, design development, construction administration, and team leadership.
5. The ability to bring calm, clarity, and creativity to a fast-paced, design-led environment.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and SketchUp essential; hand sketching and visualisation skills are a bonus.
