Job Details:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in consultancy field in the UAE, mostly in Abu Dhabi
• Extensive experience in concept design, engineering disciplines, techniques, and best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in architectural design principles, construction materials, and building systems
• Significant experience in developing detailed design and tender documents, including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control, to ensure timely project delivery
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, with Revit experience being advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, regulations, and international codes and standards
• Up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English
