Job summary

A leading contracting company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture, a minimum of 5 years of experience including 3 years in the UAE, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet ALQIMMAA’s quality and innovation standards.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and technical documentation in line with UAE building codes and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee authority submission processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, DDA) for timely approvals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance and quality control.
• Mentor junior architects and review project deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5–8 years of architectural experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in residential, commercial, industrial .
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, approval processes, and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
