• 5–10 years of UAE AR experience in construction or contracting companies.
• Familiarity with FIDIC, contracts, and billing cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA/CMA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AR cycle for construction projects, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and QS teams to validate quantities, variations, and claims before invoicing.
• Monitor aging, follow up with clients/consultants/main contractors for payments and collections.
• Maintain VAT compliance and audit-ready AR records, including e-billing and filing.
