Job summary

Infinity Developments in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Receivables Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and ensure timely collections.

Ideal applicant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with AR experience and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Construction-industry exposure is a plus, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices, statements of accounts, and payment reminders.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, project, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.
• Record receipts and ensure timely posting of customer payments.
• Assist with monthly closing and other accounting duties as required.
