Job summary

Geisinger, a leading healthcare system, seeks an experienced RPA Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and related tools. You will review business requirements, create scalable designs, and build production-ready automations with REFramework and secure credential management.

Ideal candidates will have deep RPA expertise, strong coding skills in C#, Python, JavaScript, VB.NET, and a proven track record in healthcare data security and compliant

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other approved tools
• Review business requirements and technical needs to create scalable automation designs
• Build production-ready automations using REFramework, credential management, and orchestration
• Develop integrations using APIs, databases, and user interface automation
• Provide code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation
• Monitor automation performance and perform root cause analysis for failures
• Mentor other developers and contribute to coding and documentation standards
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA design concepts
• Proficiency with C#, Python, JavaScript, VB.NET, or similar languages
• Experience with SQL, databases, and APIs
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Git
• Ability to create Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, OCR, or machine learning
• Experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or Epic
• Experience with Power BI or automation analytics
