Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical degree in anesthesiology from a recognised institution.
• Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility preferred.
• 3–5 years of post‑specialisation experience in anaesthesia.
• Experience in pre‑operative assessment, intra‑operative management and post‑operative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre‑operative patient assessments
• Develop individualised anaesthesia plans based on surgical and patient requirements
• Administer general, regional and local anaesthesia safely and effectively
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and respond to emergencies
• Manage post‑operative recovery and pain control
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, operating theatre staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate patient‑centred perioperative care
