Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Analyst – Technology Resilience in Dubai, UAE, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for supporting and strengthening enterprise-wide technology resilience and disaster recovery capabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities span five core pillars: defining and enhancing Technology BIAs in collaboration with business owners, building technology threat and control landscapes with risk teams, developing annual testing calendars, facilitating resilience exercises, and training system owners on test execution (20%). You will develop and maintain Technology Disruption Management Plans, facilitate critical application runbook development (20%), conduct application resilience capability assessments, identify capability gaps, and document resilience risks in technology risk registers (20%). Furthermore, you will manage quarterly Technology Resilience Working Group meetings, track program milestones, prepare executive presentations for senior leadership, and maintain SharePoint and Tableau dashboards (20%).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enhance Technology Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in close collaboration with business and technology owners.
