The Senior Analyst, Real Estate will support the origination, underwriting, structuring, and execution of third-party management agreements and acquisitions. The role will evaluate owner and asset opportunities where Flow can operate under its brand and platform, similar to a hotel flag or management model, with a focus on financial analysis, feasibility, commercial terms, due diligence, and deal execution across multifamily and hospitality-led opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, development, investment, strategy, or related roles, with strong financial analysis and underwriting experience
Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly in building complex financial models
Strong understanding of real estate and operating metrics, including NOI, margins, occupancy, ADR/rental rates, Rev PAR where relevant, and management fee economics
Knowledge of third-party operating models, hospitality-style management agreements, and owner-operator commercial structures
Experience evaluating, structuring, or negotiating management agreements, franchise or flag arrangements, operating partnerships, or similar transactions is strongly preferred
Experience in multifamily, hospitality, serviced apartments, branded residences, or adjacent living sectors is preferred
