About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to help establish and drive the financial operations for our UAE business. This is a hands‑on role that combines financial management with day‑to‑day accounting responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and discipline across all financial activities, while also supporting budgeting, reporting, and decision‑making. You will operate across both strategic and executional finance, taking full ownership of the function in a lean and fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting for the UAE business, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with leadership.
• Track performance against budgets and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Prepare and file all required tax returns (including VAT and corporate tax), ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all local financial, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital across the business.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors where required.
• Establish and maintain financial controls, systems, and processes.
• Support deal teams with financial analysis and underwriting where needed.
• Drive cost discipline and ensure efficient use of capital.

Background & Experience

• 6–10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong technical accounting foundation.
• Experience managing full set of books and financials records.
• Experience with tax filings and regulatory compliance (VAT and corporate tax).
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or asset‑heavy businesses is preferred.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Comfortable operating in lean environments with full ownership of the finance function.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capability.
