Job summary

Masdar is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Project Management Office with planning, financial planning, and portfolio reporting to enable effective daily operations.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics focusing on reporting and stakeholder management, strong Power BI and BI tools, and advanced Excel skills, plus excellent English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Finance or IT (or related field).
• 5+ years as Analyst focusing on reporting and senior stakeholders.
• Strong Power BI experience and BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modelling.
• Excellent English language skills across communication channels.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on data and research findings and present analytical reports to management to support projects and decisions.
• Prepare strategic documents and related research to support team activities.
• Establish leadership reports based on research outcomes and BI.
• Develop submissions with team members in line with processes and procedures.
• Plan, review and report monthly performance against project budgets and business plans.
• Contribute to standards and contractual documents across projects.

Job description

As the Senior Analyst you willprovide business support to the Project Management Office encompassing planning support financial planning support project management process and tools under portfolio reporting in order to support with the effective completion of daily activities.

Responsibilities not limited to;

• Perform analysis on data and research findings and present analytical report to management in order to support projects and decision making process.
• Prepare strategic documents and related research to support the teams activities.
• Establish reports for the for the leadershipbased on research outcomes and business intelligence.
• Develop key submissions with relevant team members in line with relevant processes and procedures.
• Plan review and report on monthly performance against projects budget and business plans.
• Apply consistent commercial approaches/discipline and standardized contractual forms across projects contracts and associated tendering processes in line with relevant policies processes and procedures.
• Contribute to ensuring that standards approaches and commercial documents are in place for projects.

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Management Engineering Finance or IT discipline or related field.

PreferredExperience

• A minimum of 5 years in an Analyst role focusing on reporting and managing senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Power BI and all relevant BI tools.
• An Excel guru who is keen to take on some exciting challenges and is in their growing journey to move into a Senior Analyst role.
