We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end customer integration, focusing on EDI/API connectivity to ensure technical excellence and seamless operational alignment. Acting as the key liaison between commercial, operational, and IT teams, you will drive customer onboarding and system integration projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Integration Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local business and sales teams regarding customer integration and adjustment requests.
  • Support the tender/RFQ process from a business integration perspective.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation
    • Collect and validate essential documentation from customers, including:
    • Message Implementation Guides (MIGs)
    • Sample EDI/XML files (shipment orders, confirmations, status updates)
    • XSD schemas (for XML formats)
    • Operational process outlines, including TMS triggers and workflows
  • Project Kickoff & Alignment:
    • Initiate integration projects by submitting Business Request Forms (BRFs).
    • Collaborate with internal IT and integration teams to support creation and finalization of the Customer Scope Document (CSD).
    • Drive customer review and sign-off of the CSD before development begins.
  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Define test scenarios and create reference shipments for inbound and outbound message flows.
    • Support the creation and review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and EDI specifications.
    • Approve BRD prior to development phase initiation to ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Participate in integration planning with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, EDI Developers, CINTO).
    • Secure all necessary business approvals and ensure local stakeholder alignment and commitment to project timelines.
  • Testing & Go-Live Support:
    • Support operational and customer process testing during integration testing phases.
    • Ensure UAT scenarios are prepared and lead UAT execution.
    • Document and obtain customer sign-off on UAT, maintaining a signed UAT log.
  • Training & Process Enablement:
    • Ensure processes, procedures, and work instructions are in place and understood.
    • Facilitate training sessions as needed for post-implementation system use.
  • Hypercare & Post-Go-Live Support:
    • Organize and lead hypercare meetings with customers.
    • Log and monitor issues via an Action Tracker.
    • Manage technical issues and raise incident tickets as necessary.
    • Serve as the primary contact during hypercare, providing troubleshooting and guidance.

    • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of EDI/API integration and connectivity platforms.
    • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.

    Customer Service:

    • Strong engagement and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

    System Landscape (core applications support):

    • Cargowise One or related TMS.
    • Knowledge of EDI and API technologies.
    • Purchase Order Management Systems / Customer Visibility platforms.
    • Power BI / Data visualization tools.
