Provides consulting services on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across the company and promotes overall awareness of ERM through the application of ERM policies, frameworks, and techniques at the Corporate, Divisional, and Project levels. Consults, facilitates, and assists with ad-hoc risk analysis projects and other strategic activities as required by Senior Management.

Job Specific Accountabilities
- Monitoring and supporting the implementation of the ERM policy and framework, ensuring its proper application within ADNOC Offshore's organizational structure.
- Supporting the ERM Team Leader on the continuous improvement of ERM techniques in line with international standards (e.g., ISO 31000:2018).
- Acting as System Administrator for ERM systems/software, supporting business users and ensuring data integrity.
- Promoting ERM awareness and embedding ERM principles into daily business activities.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements through periodic reviews.
- Understanding strategic objectives to assist in risk identification.
- Scheduling and delivering risk management workshops to ensure risks are identified, ranked, and escalated appropriately.
- Supporting periodic ERM reporting to Senior Management and shareholder committees.
- Collaborating with the Business Planning team to integrate ERM into planning and performance management.
- Training and developing UAE Nationals and junior ERM Analysts.
- Advising external consultants and supporting ERM Coordinators in divisions.
- Coordinating with Internal Audit to support risk-based audits.
- Supporting other strategic initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
- 8-9 years of professional experience, including at least 4 in auditing or risk management; oil and gas industry experience preferred.
- Strategic thinking, understanding of business processes, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- People management skills.
- Professional certification in ERM or related field is advantageous.
