Overview

A prominent Investment bank in the Middle East is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Structured Solutions team, based in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the execution of landmark debt transactions across the region, working in an environment known for its market expertise and client-centric approach.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the origination and end-to-end execution of debt market transactions including corporate bonds, sukuk, and other structured instruments.
  • Build and maintain financial models, pitch materials, and investor documents to support transaction execution and business development.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to support structuring and advisory decisions.
  • Coordinate with external parties including legal firms, rating agencies, and placement agents, ensuring smooth workflow throughout each transaction.
  • Track investor appetite, economic developments, and regulatory shifts impacting capital markets across the MENA region.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or certifications such as CFA are beneficial.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in debt capital markets, corporate finance, or related fields within investment banking or financial services.
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities, especially in financial modeling and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with regional capital markets and Islamic finance products is advantageous.
