Job description

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Associate to own our web and marketing analytics ecosystem, ensuring seamless event tracking, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing tags, managing pixels and conversion APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to track key business initiatives.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing, product, and data teams, ensuring that we have the right data at the right time to optimize user experiences and maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own event tracking and tagging across web and mobile using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  2. Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, including enhanced eCommerce tracking and user behavior analysis.
  3. Oversee Adjust (MMP) tracking to ensure accurate mobile attribution.
  4. Implement and manage Meta (Facebook) Conversion API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and other key ad platform tracking tools.
  5. Ensure data integrity by handling event deduplication (server-side vs. client-side tracking).
  6. Debug pixel discrepancies and work closely with engineering teams for advanced implementations.
  7. Collaborate with product teams to design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experiences.
  8. Analyze test results and provide clear insights to guide business decisions.
  9. Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker, Google Data Studio, or BigQuery.
  10. Monitor and debug tracking anomalies to ensure clean, actionable data.
  11. Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless data flows.
  12. Manage internal stakeholders and create an analytics roadmap.
  13. Stay updated on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and implement compliant tracking solutions.
  14. Continuously improve tracking methodologies and develop documentation for internal teams.

What You ll Need to Succeed

  1. Expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and event tracking best practices.
  2. Experience implementing Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads, and Conversion APIs.
  3. Ability to query large datasets, extract insights, and automate reporting.
  4. Understanding of statistical significance, test setup, and analysis.
  5. Experience with Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar tools for reporting.
  6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues.
  7. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and cookieless tracking strategies.
