The regional Customer Due Diligence role focuses on leading EDD reviews for the MENA region, driving quality controls, and mentoring analysts while coordinating with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and participating in regional audits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence concepts and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management and task prioritization.
• Understanding of payments landscape and processes.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Native Arabic speaker.
