This role involves liaising with stakeholders to develop and implement Business Continuity Plans and facilitate workshops for critical activity identification. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration and have at least six years of relevant experience in the industry.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE :

Provide Business Continuity Management (BCM) support and guidance to operational and business support levels of management and staff in accordance with the requirements of the ADNOC Onshore BCM Program Manual.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  1. Responsible for BCM activities at assigned Assets and Functions by liaising with stakeholders in the organization to establish relevant Business Continuity Plans.
  2. Demonstrate understanding of related company policies on BCM and its relation to UAE and international standards.
  3. Spread awareness across assigned Assets and Functions about the importance of the three levels of BCM: Strategic, Support, and Operational, and how they interrelate.
  4. Support in facilitating Operational and Lead Support level Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to assist Business Continuity Focal Points (BCFP) and Working Groups (BCWG) in identifying critical activities and developing related BCM documents.
