Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC is seeking a Senior AML Analyst to join the Insurance Division in the UAE. The role delivers governance over AML/CTF/CRS/FATCA programs and drives compliance across the enterprise, including regulatory reporting and risk assessments.

You will support internal audits, training, and remediation actions, while collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen controls and promote a compliant culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of AML/CTF/CRS/FATCA compliance experience in banking or insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, commerce, or business administration.
• CAMS or ICA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance AML/CTF/CRS policies and procedures.
• Provide governance and oversight of regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain due diligence documents and resolve issues.
• Lead due diligence activities per defined processes and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and client risk profiling.
• Maintain documentation per record retention policies and regulatory timelines.
• Support screening and transaction monitoring system reviews and enhancements.
• Advise on high-risk relationships and escalations to senior management.
