Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC in Dubai seeks a Senior AML Analyst to join its Insurance Division. The role focuses on developing and overseeing AML, CTF, CPF, FATCA, and CRS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and strong governance across the organization.

You will work with internal departments, regulators, and senior management to address issues, deliver training, and maintain meticulous documentation while keeping abreast of evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years AML/CTF/CPF/FATCA/CRS compliance experience in banking, insurance or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, commerce, business administration or related field.
• CAMS or ICA certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review, and enhance AML, CTF, CPF, FATCA, and CRS policies and procedures.
• Provide compliance oversight, governance of regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for due diligence documents and resolve compliance issues.
• Execute due diligence activities per defined processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and client risk assessments; maintain documentation per retention policy.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting and elevate delays.
• Provide input into screening and transaction monitoring systems; support implementation.
• Identify red flags and compliance gaps related to KYC and onboarding.
• Conduct investigations and prepare SARs/STRs; review team cases.
