Role: Senior Alumni Affairs Officer

Location: Ajman, UAE
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen alumni engagement and community.
- Coordinate and manage alumni programs, events, and recognition activities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships between alumni and the organization.
- Represent the organization at meetings, events, and external engagements.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and proposals to support alumni initiatives.
- Develop and deliver educational programs such as lectures, seminars, and workshops.
- Serve as a liaison between alumni and the organization, communicating feedback and concerns.
- Stay updated on alumni engagement best practices and incorporate them into strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events, programs, and promotional activities.
