Role: Senior Alumni Affairs Officer

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen alumni engagement and community.
  • Coordinate and manage alumni programs, events, and recognition activities.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships between alumni and the organization.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, events, and external engagements.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and proposals to support alumni initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs such as lectures, seminars, and workshops.
  • Serve as a liaison between alumni and the organization, communicating feedback and concerns.
  • Stay updated on alumni engagement best practices and incorporate them into strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events, programs, and promotional activities.
