Job summary

Inception, a G42 company, seeks a Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (AI Solutions) to shape enterprise AI solutions from discovery to rapid prototyping. You will lead end‑to‑end AI solution design, balancing Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and ML with business outcomes.

No direct reports, but you will mentor peers and influence product direction. You will engage with CXO stakeholders, deliver executive briefings, and ensure credible, differentiated AI narratives across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
• Hands‑on experience designing large‑scale enterprise AI solutions, including GenAI/ML production.
• Experience in at least one industry: Retail, FSI, Telco, Software Product, or Public Sector.
• Experience collaborating with commercial and delivery teams across the full lifecycle.
• Ability to simplify complex AI ideas for executives and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AI solution design for enterprise engagements across GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, ML, and conversational AI.
• Define architectures, reference patterns, and blueprints integrating Inception products with client systems.
• Lead rapid prototyping and pre‑sales demonstrations to validate value and direction.
• Provide senior technical leadership on RFPs, client workshops, and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Mentor Solution Engineers and contribute to KPI measures like win rate and prototype‑to‑MVP conversions.
