Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer to drive AI product development for a banking project. You will design and deliver production‑grade AI software, full‑stack applications, APIs, and cloud‑native services with Docker and Kubernetes.

The role spans backend and frontend development, AI/ML integration, and API engineering, leveraging Python, Rust, Golang, React, Angular, or Vue.js to build scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably involving AI products.
• Hands‑on experience in full‑stack product development.
• Expertise in Python, Rust, or Golang.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend technologies.
• Strong experience designing secure, production‑grade APIs.
• Knowledge of API versioning, logging, monitoring, tracing, and modern authentication.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation.
• Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Experience with LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework is a bonus.
• Understanding of scalability, performance, security, and product quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant cloud, AI, software engineering, or DevOps certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade AI software products.
• Build full‑stack applications supporting AI and enterprise banking use cases.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs.
• Design APIs with versioning, logging, monitoring, tracing, and modern authentication.
• Develop frontend applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
• Build cloud‑native applications and services using Microsoft Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated software deployment processes.
• Apply version control and modern software engineering practices across development projects.
• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into production software products.
• Explore and implement agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph and Microsoft Agent Framework where appropriate.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure software solutions meet enterprise security, quality, and operational requirements.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
