Job summary

Primis is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer in the UAE for on-site work in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. You will shape cutting-edge AI-powered products for a leading financial institution, designing full-stack backend and frontend services, deploying cloud-native apps on Azure or other clouds, and ensuring security and data protection.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and engineers to refine features, implement tests, and drive scalable, robust solutions while staying aligned

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in product development, ideally within AI-driven products.
• Strong full-stack background across backend and/or frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with modern languages and frameworks such as Python, Rust, Go, React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Proven ability to design and integrate secure, production-grade APIs, including versioning, observability (monitoring, tracing, logging) and modern authentication mechanisms.
• Practical experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI or agentic frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Monthly Rate: 40,000–55,000 (Dependant on experience)

• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control and deployment automation, plus a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
