Job summary

New Era Technology seeks a senior product owner to translate strategic AI initiatives into actionable roadmaps and user stories. You will own the backlog, drive agile ceremonies, and partner with engineering, design, data, and security to deliver responsible AI features.

You will ensure privacy and guardrails are embedded, define acceptance criteria, and communicate progress to stakeholders while gathering user feedback to refine the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of product owner, product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery experience.
• Advanced proficiency using Jira.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI features in digital applications.
• Working knowledge of privacy and responsible AI guardrails.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
