Jobgether SRL is listing a Senior QA Engineer role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead the QA strategy for AI-powered healthcare software, architect testing infrastructure, and build scalable automation aimed at reliability, security, and performance.

Collaboration with engineers, product managers, and clinical experts is key to delivering high-quality care software. You will drive AI-assisted test engineering, utilize AI coding agents, and ensure fast feedback through CI/CD

Qualifications

• At least 5 years QA or software testing experience, 3 years automating tests.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies, risk-based testing, and SDLC.
• Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript; Python knowledge helpful.
• Hands-on with modern automation frameworks (Playwright preferred).
• Experience with AI-native engineering practices and non-deterministic outputs.
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, and healthcare-related software.
• Ability to work in distributed, agile teams and own quality decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, risk coverage, and release readiness.
• Design and document scalable test architecture and tooling decisions.
• Develop and maintain automated frameworks for web apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Automate validation of clinical workflows and critical healthcare processes.
• Create performance, load, and reliability tests with baselines.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback.
• Lead defect management, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Lead exploratory testing and contribute to sprint planning and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI agents to transform requirements into test scenarios and edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and clinical experts to meet quality goals.
