Job summary

Globant in Ajman, UAE, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build advanced AI-driven solutions for our clients. You will lead AIAgent System Engineering efforts, integrating LLMs, tool use, and robust safety rails to deliver intelligent, scalable digital experiences.

The role requires 4+ years shipping production systems, strong Python or TypeScript, and hands-on work with distributed architectures, RAG pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping and operating production AI systems.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript coding skills.
• Experience with LLM-based systems, RAG, and tool-calling.
• Experience with distributed systems and API design in regulated environments.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Implement intent classification flows and tool routing for AI agents.
• Build deterministic validation layer for LLM actions.
• Optimize document ingestion and RAG pipelines.
• Implement tracing, logging, and observability across services.
• Develop scalable, containerized workloads with event-driven architecture.
