Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of software development with Python expertise.
• Experience with backend development, API design, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy production‑grade generative AI applications and LLM solutions.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines and vector DB integrations.
• Build backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python.
• Implement multi‑agent conversational workflows with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Deploy, scale, and manage AI models on Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, or Databricks.
• Configure Dockerized workloads and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct prompt engineering, evaluation, and latency profiling for distributed LLMs.
• Collaborate with software, data science, and product teams.
