Job summary

VerityX Talent is seeking an experienced leader to own the end-to-end delivery of applied AI and agentic workflow projects within a bank environment. You will govern architectural choices for LLM orchestration and secure integrations, while steering multiple workstreams to production readiness and regulatory defensibility.

Qualifications

• 16+ years in software engineering, delivery and digital transformation.
• 10+ years in enterprise AI systems and delivery management.
• Proven track record shipping large-scale technical projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of applied AI and agentic workflow projects across the bank.
• Drive engineering velocity and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Set and enforce standards for LLM orchestration, multi-agent frameworks, and secure bank integrations.
• Incorporate model evaluation, monitoring and rollback into production AI systems.
• Report milestones and trade-offs to executives in clear terms.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance and IT to meet regulatory requirements.
• Build and mentor a delivery-focused applied AI function with durable standards.
