Job summary

Arada in Dubai seeks an AI Engineering lead to architect production-grade LLM applications and multi-agent systems powering real estate workflows. You will drive the AI strategy and collaborate across business units to deliver scalable AI-enabled experiences.

You will mentor engineers across Dubai and offshore pods, partner with Salesforce and ERP teams, and establish safety, evaluation, and grounding standards while shaping the group’s AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background (Python/TypeScript).
• Experience shipping production LLM applications.
• Deep knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience with major LLM APIs (Anthropic/OpenAI).
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred).
• Proven technical leadership or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade LLM applications and multi-agent systems end-to-end.
• Own model/provider selection and tradeoffs (cost/latency/quality).
• Design context engineering strategy across data sources and CRM systems.
• Build evaluation harnesses, red-teaming and guardrails for safety and grounding.
• Set architecture standards and mentor AI engineers across Dubai and offshore pods.
• Lead integration of AI features with Salesforce, ERP, and buyer portals.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI capabilities for real-estate use cases.
• Present AI roadmap, risk and ROI to leadership.
