Qualifications

• 9–12+ years of professional experience in data governance, data management, AI governance, or related areas.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data privacy.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks and data stewardship practices.
• Experience developing or implementing Responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide data and AI governance framework.
• Establish and oversee data stewardship practices across the organisation.
