Senior AI Architect - Production LLMs & Multi-Agent Systems

Job summary

Arada is seeking a leader to architect and deliver the organization's production AI systems, including LLM applications, autonomous agents, and RAG pipelines that power buyer-facing experiences, sales enablement, and internal operations.

You will own the technical direction of AI Engineering, set eval/safety standards, and mentor a team across Dubai and offshore pods, while partnering with Platform, Salesforce, and ERP consultants to embed AI into core real-estate workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based applications to production.
• Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with major LLM provider APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent).
• Solid grasp of system design, API design, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
• Track record of technical leadership or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade LLM applications, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines end to end.
• Own model/provider selection and cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
• Design context engineering strategy across data sources and tools.
• Build and govern evaluation harnesses, guardrails for AI safety and grounding.
• Lead AI Engineers across Dubai and offshore pods and mentor teammates.
• Integrate AI features into Salesforce/ERP and buyer portals.
