Job summary

TEN-XER is seeking an experienced AI Architect to design enterprise-wide Agentic AI for retail banking, including chat assistants and autonomous agents. You will define target architectures, reference patterns, and governance guardrails, ensuring secure integration with banking APIs and channels.

The role requires hands-on AI engineering, deep banking knowledge, and collaboration with product, security, data and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, AI or Data Science.
• 12+ years in software engineering/architecture with 4+ years in AI engineering or AI architecture.
• Proven experience delivering banking agents or chat assistants integrated with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide Agentic AI architecture with governance guardrails for banking use cases.
• Architect conversational AI and agent platforms for retail banking including payments, servicing and self-service journeys.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure AI solution architectures.
• Design multi-agent ecosystems with planning, memory, context management and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Architect RAG platforms, knowledge retrieval, vector databases and grounding strategies.
