Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide banking teams in adopting Agile at scale within Business Banking delivery. You will mentor squads, product owners and Scrum Masters, drive improvements, and ensure alignment with governance standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, facilitation of ceremonies, and building internal Agile capability through training and communities of practice across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years Agile coaching experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong business banking delivery context.
• Hands-on with Scrum, Kanban and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
• Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution and change management.

Responsibilities

• Coach squads, product owners, scrum masters and leadership on Agile and Scrum/Kanban/SAFe practices.
• Assess team maturity and create improvement plans.
• Facilitate key ceremonies, retrospectives and planning events, and mentor others to do so.
• Help remove impediments and improve flow, predictability and quality.
• Introduce metrics such as velocity, cycle time and throughput, and use them to drive improvement.
• Help align Agile practices with banking governance, risk and compliance requirements.
• Build internal Agile capability through training and communities of practice.
