Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to define and build MBG’s agentic AI capability within the Enterprise Data Platform. You’ll own end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents and set the technical direction, while hands-on coding and mentoring AI engineers.

You will collaborate with data, platform, and security teams, drive governance, and report to the Head of Data & AI as MBG scales AI across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree or AI certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers; technical lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy single- and multi-agent systems across business domains.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for agent tasks, grounding, and latency benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor AI engineers; define roadmap, standards, and governance.
