Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Senior Manager – Enterprise Applications, AI & Automation in Dubai to drive AI strategy across ERP, Oracle, Salesforce and Power Platform. You will prototype and scale AI solutions, partnering with business and IT leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities and ensure governance and data privacy compliance.

You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, mentor data scientists and automation engineers, and collaborate with vendor partners to integrate AI across enterprise

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, or enterprise automation.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI / agentic automation roadmap for enterprise applications.
• Identify high-impact use cases across business functions for AI/automation.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to prioritize AI initiatives based on ROI and feasibility.
• Evaluate AI/ML frameworks and tools for enterprise adoption and governance.
• Design, build and deploy agentic AI workflows and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
• Develop production ML/AI models (classification, forecasting, NLP, recommendations).
• Collaborate with Data CoE to deliver dashboards and analytics (Power BI).
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements through deployment and optimization.
