Job description

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager to join one of our clients' teams. Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to take full ownership of our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue across emerging and established markets, particularly in APAC and LATAM.

This strategic role involves relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate/IB management within the Forex, CFD, or Crypto space, along with a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Own the IB & Partnership Channel :
    • Lead the strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate terms, payout models, and partnership agreements.
  2. Performance Management :
    • Set KPIs, monitor partner activity, analyze performance data, and drive optimization strategies to exceed channel targets.
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to align partnership operations—handling agreements and payment workflows.
  3. Campaign Execution :
    • Propose and manage regional marketing campaigns, custom landing pages, promotional banners, and partner bonuses.
  4. Partner Enablement :
    • Develop onboarding toolkits, training materials, and product knowledge assets to ensure partners are well-equipped for success.
  5. Process & Compliance Oversight :
    • Maintain structured partner records, manage reporting dashboards, oversee performance tracking, and support compliance efforts.
  6. Process Management :
    • Create and implement scalable workflows for partnership operations.
    • Build strategic relationships with integrators and technology partners to expand SaaS-based financial product distribution.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in the Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries is required.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models is essential.

Experience with SaaS-based financial solutions is a strong plus.

Proven track record in building, scaling, and optimizing partner programs is necessary.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders is important.

A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills is expected.

Preferred Qualifications :
  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
  • Ability to develop scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
  • Familiarity with legal frameworks and compliance in partner contracts and promotions.
