Job description

As an AWS Professional Services Senior Advisory consultant, you will help customers establish their cloud vision, strategy, & roadmap. You will support customers on executing the roadmap, influence and advise. You will build and maintain C-level relationships with peers, stakeholders, boardrooms, and customers to become their trusted advisor.

You will implement large-scale transformations by identifying motivators and drivers for cloud adoption, creating compelling business cases, collaborating with Professional Services teams to shape solutions, developing governance models, and leveraging change methodologies to transform organizations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience
• 5+ years of database experience (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)
• 7+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless solutions
• 5+ years of software development with object-oriented languages
• 3+ years of cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and OS experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of business operations and functional areas in product-centric enterprises
• Proven leadership in cloud transformation programs as CTO or CIO
• Experience implementing enterprise solutions like ERP, PLM, IoT, Supply Chain in cloud/on-premise
• Passion for customer transformation using new technologies
• 7+ years of customer-facing project management experience
