Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking a Corporate Finance professional to participate in origination and execution across M&A, IPOs, and equity capital markets, while preparing marketing materials and performing complex valuation analyses.

The role requires at least 2 years in investment banking or mergers & acquisitions, with strong modelling skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. London and New York experience will be looked at favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking and/or mergers & acquisitions, preferably with a reputable international firm.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions including M&A, IPOs, and equity capital markets activities.
• Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books, information memos and investor presentations.
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, multiples).
• Collaborate with client service and product teams to deliver client service and support business objectives.
