Overview

Senior Admin Officer | Location: Dubai, UAE | Industry: General Affairs / Administration | Salary: AED 11,000 per month (bonus provided separately)

We are seeking a Senior Admin Officer to provide administrative and clerical support across visa procedures, housing and guest house management, expense coordination, and general affairs. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage visa processing (PRO duties), renewals, and documentation.
  • Oversee company housing and guest house operations, including leases, move-in/out procedures, cleaning and maintenance contractors, and supply inventories.
  • Coordinate entertainment-related administration such as guest house dining, food and beverage procurement, and equipment management.
  • Handle golf-related administration, including membership renewals and equipment tracking.
  • Support compliance and HR-related tasks such as organizational chart updates, training schedules, and e-learning management.
  • Assist with expense processing, office equipment updates, and event organization.
  • Improve operational efficiency through IT tools.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proven work experience in administration, general affairs, or related roles.
  • Business-level Japanese (Preferred) and English.
