Our client is looking for Senior Admin for premier outdoor recreation and hospitality destinations located in the Hatta, UAE

Overview:

The Senior Administrative Officer provides high-level support across all operational areas of Hatta Outdoor. This role ensures seamless coordination between departments, effective project execution, and efficient administrative workflows to support the organization’s strategic and day-to-day goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, and handle official correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and budgets; monitor project timelines and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Supervise junior administrative staff, enhancing productivity and streamlining office operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including contracts, administrative policies, and official documents.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the operations leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior administrative or office management role.
