Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and data entry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for payment coordination.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Monitor project costs and track expenses against budgets.
Assist the senior accountant and finance manager with ad hoc reports and tasks.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry (UAE).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
